Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of LeadFrogg at leadfrogg.co.in. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity on your LeadFrogg account.
• One free account per person. Creating extra accounts to get more free leads is not allowed.

Acceptable use

You agree to use leads lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you must:

• Follow the anti-spam, marketing, and data-protection laws that apply to you and to the people you contact, such as India's telecom and data-protection rules, the GDPR in Europe, and CAN-SPAM in the US.
• Give people a way to opt out of your messages, and honour opt-outs.
• Not use LeadFrogg for harassment, fraud, or unlawful activity, and not try to overload, copy, or resell the service itself.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and lead credits

• The Free plan includes 100 leads each month. Paid plans include the number of leads shown on the pricing section of our website.
• A lead counts the first time a business with a phone, email, or website appears in your results in a month. Unused leads do not carry over to the next month.

Payments, renewals, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment gateway and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your account. You keep your paid plan until the end of the current month, and you are not charged again.
• Prices may change. We will tell you before a change applies to your plan.

Refunds

If you were charged by mistake, or the service did not work for you because of a problem on our side, email us within 7 days of the payment and we will review a full or partial refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Limitation of liability

LeadFrogg is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or missed deals, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use LeadFrogg after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the courts of Gujarat.
